Alpantera Systems (“Alpantera,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through our website, forms, email, or discovery process.

Information we collect

Name, email, company, website, and contact details you submit.
Systems intake responses, workflow examples, screenshots, documents, or notes you choose to provide.
Communications with us and basic form or website metadata if hosting or analytics tools collect it.
For Horus product reservations, your first name, email address, selected offer, and launch-contact consent.
For cookieless campaign measurement, limited ad-source parameters and aggregate story, product-interest, or outbound OpenSea events.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, review revenue-system fit, prepare proposals or quotes, deliver services, improve operations, and maintain reasonable business records.

For Horus product reservations, we use the information you submit only to administer the pilot reservation, communicate launch details, confirm print pricing before payment, and provide any protected portrait intake when it is ready. The public reservation form does not accept photographs, other image uploads, or payment-card details.

AI and third-party services

Alpantera may use form providers, email providers, cloud hosting, automation tools, AI tools, analytics, project tools, or similar services where reasonably needed to respond or deliver services. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or regulated data unless appropriate safeguards have been agreed first.

Advertising measurement

For visitors arriving through a Coinzilla or TikTok campaign, Alpantera uses limited first-party, cookieless measurement to understand aggregate landing sessions, video start/completion, episode views, product-offer interactions, and whether an outbound OpenSea click led to the film or episode-artwork offer. The page generates a fresh random identifier in memory only for that page load; it is not saved in cookies, local storage, or session storage. TikTok click identifiers are detected only to identify the traffic source and are not included in the event payload. No Coinzilla or TikTok advertising tag is loaded. Alpantera's measurement-event payload does not include a name, email address, wallet address, full referrer, IP address, user-agent string, or persistent device identifier. Product reservation details are submitted separately through the visible form and are not joined to the random measurement identifier. The hosting provider still processes ordinary network data needed to deliver the site and receive the form or aggregate event. An outbound click to OpenSea is a campaign interaction, not proof of a purchase or sale.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, contractors or specialists, professional advisors, or where required by law. Contractors who access confidential client information should be bound by confidentiality obligations.

Retention and security

We keep information as long as reasonably needed for business, support, recordkeeping, legal, or operational purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information where applicable, subject to legal, backup, and recordkeeping limitations.
