Data Handling
Data Handling and Confidentiality
Last updated: April 28, 2026
Alpantera builds practical revenue systems with AI-enabled workflow support where useful. This note explains how information shared during intake, discovery, project delivery, and support is expected to be handled.
Information clients may share
Depending on the project, clients may share revenue-process descriptions, example emails, documents, forms, spreadsheets, CRM records, reports, screenshots, process notes, tool access, APIs, test accounts, business rules, templates, and internal procedures.
Use of information
Alpantera uses client information to understand revenue processes, prepare proposals, design and build systems, test deliverables, provide documentation and support, and communicate about the project.
AI and third-party tools
Alpantera may use AI-enabled tools, automation tools, cloud services, hosting providers, email platforms, form tools, APIs, and other third-party services as part of discovery or project delivery. Where possible, use sanitized or sample data for early discovery.
Human review
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, AI-generated outputs are treated as drafts or recommendations. Client-facing outputs should be reviewed and approved before being relied on or sent externally.
Access and credentials
If system access is needed, use least-privilege access where possible, avoid sharing personal passwords, use secure credential-sharing methods, and revoke access when the project or support period ends.
Confidentiality
Alpantera will use reasonable care to keep client information confidential and will not intentionally disclose client confidential information except as needed to provide services, use approved tools or specialists, comply with law, or as otherwise agreed.
